The service
KeepAnalytics provides cookieless web analytics. By creating an account or installing the tracking script you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the websites you connect, for having the right to measure them, and for complying with the laws that apply to you (including informing your visitors about analytics where required — you remain the data controller for your sites' analytics data). Don't use the service to collect data you are not allowed to collect, to attempt to identify individual visitors, or to disrupt the service.
Trials, plans and billing
New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Creem. If a subscription lapses, data collection may pause until payment resumes; your historical data is retained.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be announced in the app.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time; we can suspend accounts that violate these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to data.
